Nintendo Channel on May 12th, with WiiWare

WiiWare won’t be the only addition to the Nintendo Wii on May 12th, as Nintendo of America has announced that the Nintendo Channel will also be available on the same day. The service has been available since last year in Japan. The channel will allow players to read reviews of software titles, as well as review titles themselves. Grocery prices on the rise Thursday, April 24th, 2008 Wendy and I were shocked to hear that Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club has put a restriction on the number of bags of rice customers can buy (see “Wal-Mart limits rice purchases“). I used to work for Sam’s Club (many moons ago) and they are very capitalistic in their strategies, so for them to place a restriction on demand is unprecedented.
