According to the latest study of the AARP Public Policy Institute on housing and real estate, the older section of the Americans is probably more prone to foreclosure. It has been found through a study that nearly 684,000 of the people of America at an age of 50 and above were facing foreclosure on their home over the six months duration ending in the month of December. Many of them have defaulted in making their mortgage payments. This is in fact big news to the older section of the Americans.
